ESP
Defined - Environmentally Sustainable Policy.
Environmental
sustainability is defined as a business strategy
that both sustains existing resources and generates
a profit. RVA Trading was founded on this principal.
Colleges and universities understand the global
need to recycle. With tireless effort and in some
cases great expense, volunteers collect tons of
solid waste each year.
Printer cartridges are unique among solid waste
in that an individual cartridge has considerable
value in comparison to other recyclable materials.
RVA Trading works with colleges, universities and
other institution to create profitable cartridge
collection programs that stand as solid examples
of environmental sustainability.
Recycling your empty printer cartridges will reduce
landfill waste while creating a new source of revenue.
Campus
Cartridge Recycling Program
Until
recently, inkjet and laser printer cartridges were
considered worthless once they were empty. However,
with the rapid growth of the cartridge remanufacturing
industry, those same cartridges now have real value.
Some institutions are generating tens of thousands
of dollars in new revenues from what was literally
trash just a few years earlier. Just as important,
they're helping to sustain the environment.
THE RVA RECYCLE GROUP COLLECTION PROGRAM
RVA
Recycle Group understands that every campus is unique.
Our program is designed to create a working model
that's most effective for your setting.
Soon after you register with RVA Collection Program,
a representative will contact you to discuss your
specific needs, and answer any questions you may
have. After that, you're ready to start collecting.
Campus
cartridge recycling is made up of two distinct collection
efforts; one covering an institution's office and
departmental cartridge usage, the other, usage by
the student population. RVA Trading Group will help
you select
the options that will work best for you.
The most effective collection programs are managed
by organized, energetic people. RVA Recycle Group
will work closely with that person or group to ensure
a successful programs

You may establish one payment account for your entire

Use your campus mail or internal collection system
to gather cartridges to a central shipping location.
We will provide the above mentioned boxes which

Program
Costs - Cartridge Pricing - Shipping
There
is no cost associated with the RVA Trading campus
cartridge recycle program. We will never ask you
to pay for collection materials.
The secondary market for inkjet and laser cartridges
is continually changing, therefore the prices for
empty cartridges are subject to change.
A small number of cartridge models cannot be recycled,
and have no buy back value. These models will not
appear on our list. Please do not include them with
your shipment.
We will provide complete tracking and accounting
details for all recycled cartridges and the revenues
they generate.
Upon your request, RVA Trading can donate revenues
from your recycled cartridges to the charity of
your choice. We will provide receipts and documentation
of all donations made and credited to your institution
through our program.
