PRINTER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Regular routine check-up and maintenance (e.g., cleaning, lubricating and overhauling) of the Buyer's printerseverymonth or upon request by the Buyer, without charge. The schedule of the regular check up and maintenance shall be subject to the arrangement of the parties.
Repair or installation of the Buyer's printers during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, without charge. The SELLER's representative shall identify the printer's defect/ sustained damage and notify the BUYER's representative of such printer's defect or damage prior to repair. In some cases where the printer's defect is so complex that it cannot be repaired immediately and needs to be pulled out of the BUYER's office, the SELLER shall provide the BUYER, free of charge, with a service printer unit.

In case your printer needs to be repaired in our office, we would give you a FREE replacement of that unit

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. TONER

Warranty coverage up to the last drop of the toner you purchased
At the same rate, immediate replacement of the toner within 24 hours from notice of the problem with the purchased toner

II. LASER JET PRINTER
As part of our offerings, we would like you to avail of our FREE PARTS and SERVICES for your Laser jet printers as an indication of our desire to take care of your units.

Stated below is the list of imported printer parts that we would readily give you in case some technical problems are encountered by your units:

NOTE: In cases of man-made cause of defectiveness in parts (staple wires found in fuser assembly or pulling out of the paper forcefully during paper jamming), we will charge you the cost of said defective parts for they are not covered by our FREE PARTS warranty.

Unlimited call from Mondays thru Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm should you encounter any technical problem(s) in your unit/s
To ensure the maintenance of your units, you will have our resident Engineers/Printer Technicians to check and maintain the condition of your Laser jet printers.
A fast and FREE of charge delivery for your consumable needs! A call in the morning for your requirements would definitely be delivered in the afternoon of the same day. Moreover, a call in the afternoon would reach your place in the morning of the next day. However, this would depend on the number of your requirements and in the discretion of both parties.

III. PAYMENT DETAILS
RVA Trading agrees to abide by a payment term of 30 days upon receipt of billing documents.

IV. CONTRACT PERIOD
Clients will be initially given a three (3) month to one (1) year contract. The three-month term will serve as an evaluation period of our product.

** Printer typically leaves our warehouse the day after your order is placed. Scheduled delivery will be arranged within 5 business days by our own delivery service and other logistics partners, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, OCS, LBC and JRC. Any of the following logistics partner will contact you within the first few days after your order is placed to schedule a delivery appointment. The delivery team will bring the Printer into your home or office (just inside the front door / lobby) and will allow you time to inspect it. Delivery does not include unpacking, installation, or set up. If you have delivery questions, you can contact any logistic partner assign to you.

Printers cannot be shipped outside the Philippine and in any remote or isolated area. For deliveries to remote locations such as islands and other isolated areas, customers may be required to pay the carrier an incremental delivery charge. Authorization of any additional change will be done at time of delivery scheduling. In these instances, customers may also choose to pick up the Printer with valid proof of purchase and identification for no additional charge.
